Suggest Remedy For Rise In Bp

I am 33 years and have been taking Telma H for the last 5 years. Recently my dose was increased to Telma H 80Mg. However towards the evening my BP is again shooting to 130/100. I may need to take another medicine in evening. My weight is 95kg and my work is stressful. The rest of my Lipid profile reports are normal. Will taking BP medicines from such an early age have an adverse effect and in what ways?

You have to control your blood pressure with or without medication , rather if it stays on the higher side there is higher risk for heart issues , stroke and kidney problem then taking medications .
So do continue the medicine ,
Your blood pressure is still high , if your baseline pulse also remains more than 80 consider adding a beta blocker .
Ypu are overweight and need to loose weight for better control of blood pressure.
