Hello and welcome to HCM,
Redness of tip of penis after intercourse can occur due to mechanical trauma or irritation.
In case you are using condoms, redness can occur due to allergy to latex which is present in condoms.
Sexually transmitted diseases usually present as rash, discharge, enlarged lymph nodes, ulcer etc.
If any of these symptoms appear, you need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment and management.
Practicing safe sex (protected sex) is the best way to avoid sexually transmitted infections.
As for now, avoid sexual activity for some time and observe the redness.

Thanks and take care
