Hi!! I have gone through your complaints and first of all you should start with an antidandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole and salicylic acid twice weekly. You should also use steroid and antifungal combination on the affected areas like beclomethasone clotrimazole cream which can be later changed to ketoconazole cream for long term control. Another alternative is application of tacrolimus cream on the affected areas. If still the rash continues you should go for oral medication like tablet itraconazole or terbinafine. I hope to have solved your query.
