I ve recently developed an area of red, dry skin on my penis. The skin began to peal and under it was a layer of red patch which feels slightly dryer than the rest of my penis but is not itchy. It developed small cuts after sex and therefore I stopped having sex and masturbating. It hasn t dried up or developed cuts since but the red patch remains. I went to a chemist and got an anti fungal cream but it does not seem to be working. I ve been also experiencing dry skin on my nipples which peal and then dry up again after a slight clear discharge. I m not sure if the two are related. I ve had yeast infections before and the problem with my penis seems different to the symptoms before. Any idea what the problem might be?
