Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Seem to be suffering from - Chronic Urethritis Prostatitis -with Old STI .
Still you should verify and check with Urologist,as Special assessment of your case and there after special treatment is needed in your case.
Casual and half hearted efforts with regular doctors won't help you,as done in past till now.
Other causes need to be ruled out like Chronic Urethritis- with urethral gland/ bulbar gland infection-which may also cause recurrence / and might lead to urethral stricture.
Do's -suggested for your case-
Check with Urologist in consultation with your family doctor or your Surgeon.
Get CT study with Urethrogram and Urine / Prostatic massage smear testing and Culture to plan right antibiotic therapy.

Intraprostatic Antibiotic treatment x 2-6 mths follow up treatment would bring such a problem in control.
Tab Chymoral Forte x 3 times x 2-6 wks cover during antibiotic tretment.
Inj.Hyluronic Acid-infusion for better antibiotic penetration- to control Chronic Prostatitis .
Tab loratidine-antihistaminic- 1 x 2 times a day.
Tab NSAID-Voltaren-1 x 2 times a day x for 2 wks
Tab PPI- Pantoprazole- 1 x 2 times a day x for 2 wks.
Tab-Zincovit 1 x 1 times day
Plenty of fluids
Alkalisation of Urine to improve response to antibiotics.
HPBD-(High Protein Bland diet )

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
Need to Check with family Physician and Urologist -specialist if need be, if things don't recover.

-Other causes need to be verified with your family GP doctor and team of -Urologist-Specialist doctors, as the facts may be different what you submitted.

-For this Second opinion from Urologist- specialist-is needed who would do proper investigation after proper physical assessment to resolve your health issues.
-for early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.
