Hello there,
You seem to be having symptoms that are due to compression of your back during pregnancy. There are a few things that you can do to reduce the pain and symptoms.
1) Whenever you lie down , lie down on your left side. Lying down on your back pushes your baby against your blood vessels near your liver and hence cause a flaring up symptoms on your limbs and cause fluid to accumulate there.
2) Under the guidance of a physiotherapist do lower back strengthening exercises. Apart from strengthening your back they will prepare you for your third trimester of pregnancy.
3)When you sit keep a soft pillow between your lower back and the chair. This will also help reduce strain.
4)You can have tab ultracet 1/2 a tablet along with tab rantac 150 mg if the pain is severe. But ultracet is to be used with caution in pregnancy. So never exceed a tablet a day.

Hope this helps, Please feel free to address further queries to me. I will be happy to help you,
