Suggest Remedy For Recurring Acne On Face And Back That Leaves Scars

I have been suffering from acne since long, it usually appears as paplules or pustules over my back and shoulders, even on face and chest. I have tried ointments like retenoid, even the course of antibiotics. It definitely helps but it comes back after 6-7 months or less. Is there a permanent solution to this, also I am worried about the marks left on my back. What can be done for that.

I have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns..
As far as permanent solution is concerned , you should use ACCUTANE 20mg... . it has to be taken on full stomach , for at least six months with regular monitoring of liver function tests. Apart from this you have to use sunscreen daily along with topical Antibiotics ointment.
Use good quality antiacne face wash and Avoid scratching of pimples. Right now you should not be worried about scars they will gradually fade in a year time. After starting this treatment your acne will disappear in a month time.
So stop worrying and meet your Dermatologist
