Suggest Remedy For Pulsating Pain Under Left Ear

im 22, female So i keep getting this pain, almost pulsing under my left ear. it feels like my vein is the cause of it but im not sure it just hurts. also i have been haveing a shooting sharp pain under my left breast, hurts when i breath and when i move, it shoots all the way to the back of my shoulder blade so im not sure if its just a pinched nerve. iv never felt a sharp pain like it before tho.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pulsating pain behind the left ear. This can be due to a lymph node which got inflamed and thus causing the pain.
Your another problem is related to the costochondritis or an inflammation of the lung or the underlying pleura, hence the pain on breathing and moving.
I would advise you the following;
Get a clinical evaluation done by a Doctor.
To see whether either is any herpes as the pain is referring to the back as occurs in herpes zoster.
To see for local tenderness as one gets in costo-chondritis.
To get the investigations of the blood, urine and stool.
X-ray of the chest and the CT scan to confirm of any positive findings.
All these exercises will help us to get the proper treatment.
