Suggest Remedy For Problem In Stomach

i'm 29, female, 169cm/70kg.
after dinner last night, i've been feeling strange in my abdominal. but i thought i sat too much after eating and it'd be gone in the morning. but now, it is still here. my stomach's left side feels uncomfortable and a bit of pain if i move to certain directions. also, i feel somewhat pressure in my anus after sitting down.

evening on empty stomach and tylenol ( 500 ) mg after meals .
- Regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA are much better .
