dear, well, there is no such diagnosis as persistent sexual arousal syndrome. however, one may experience hyper sexual arousal or increased sexual lobido in certain emotional states. therefore, any mental condition, in which there is emotional dysregulation, a state of hyper or hyposexuality can occur. here we need to rule out if there is any other emotional disorder in your case. I would like to know if are you feeling more irritable these days? are you having difficulties in maintain routine sleep? is there any relationship problems in your life? do you feel low or high, or have mood swings these days? answer to these que will surely help me to come at particular diagnosis. only hyperaemia pity can occur in some brain organic conditions, like brain Tumor,etc. for which I would advice you to get a CT brain scan. kindly reply me if there are any symptoms, which I have mentioned above. hope my opinion is satisfying. thank you
