Can A Person Having Siogren S Syndrome Go For The Spilling Gut Syndrome?

I m a 60 year old female, 2 yrs ago I was diagnosed with Siogren s Syndrome, 710.2 & 714.0-where can I go to be tested for the spilling gut syndrome, my PCP & RA M.D. has never heard of this test. Can the spilling gut syndrome lead to Sjogren s Syndrome? Thank you
