Suggest Remedy For Persistent Cough, Fatigue And Vertigo
I have had a dry non productive cough for 1month. I feel weak and dizzy. A Z pack did not help at all. I am now on my third day of Biaxin and still feel poorly. What do you think this could possibly be. Appetite is good. Haven t had a chest X-ray yet.
As per your query you have persistent cough, fatigue and vertigo . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , But in your case it seems to me that cough and fatigue are due to infection of upper respiratory track and vertigo occur due to ear infection which spread from upper respiratory track to to ear due to upper respiratory track infection , post nasal drip or chest infection ( COPD ) . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test and blood test along with chest x-ray and CT scan of ear . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) along with decongestant and expectorant . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist if he/she find problem to be due to cardiac problems .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
