Suggest Remedy For Persistent Anxiety And Panic Attacks

Having bad anxiety and panic attacks to the point I am have multiple pseudo seizures. I am taking 2 mg xanax 3 time day, celexa 40 milligrams one day lithium 300 milligrams every night, and still having multiple up to ten in a day. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
