Hi I m a 28 year old male I m married and faithful I work in the construction field and travel a lot I m currently on the road and I noticed my penius was itchy and when I went to shower I checked it and I have little cuts/blisters all around the head and foreskin I m 100% sure it s not a std but what else could it be?

It could be a fungal infection commonly known as jock itch. Wash the affected area with soap and then dry completely. Apply antifungal powder or cream like Candid. Do not itch as it will increase by itching.
