Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
From how you describe your situation, it looks like it is an
abscess. The usual cause of abscesses in that region is an ingrown hair. The infection and abscess formation in perianal area is favored also by the moisture and low hygiene (despite the efforts to keep it clean, it is considered a low hygiene area).
Do not attempt to drain the abscess by pressing on it nor do not stick sharp objects or e needle into the abscess center. If the abscess is small (under 1 cm), warm compresses to the area for about 30 minutes 4 times daily can help.
I recommend an objective evaluation from a healthcare provider. The best management, especially if the abscess is bigger then 1 cm, is continuing to grow, is painful and/or is associated with
fever, is surgical
drainage of it, local wound management for couple of days after draining the abscess and possible antibiotic therapy.
Feel free to write again. I hope my answer was helpful. Best regards
