OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in lower abdomen and watery vaginal discharge is most likely due to pelvic inflammatory disease.
Chances of pregnancy are almost nil if your tubes are ligated.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including vaginal swab examination and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
