Suggest Remedy For Pain In Chest, Back And Neck With Extreme Fatigue

Hi, I am 53 years old female, I had a car accident January 2015 ,after that my health went down, I has bad lower back pain, sharp chest pain, middle back, upper back,neck pain all the time. I can not stand more then an hour if I stand more my face start flushing feel dizzi exhausted lack of energy, at night I have more pain in my thighs wake up 5-6 time beacause of unusual cough my ear rate is 39 please advise me thaks

Your symptoms could be related to post-traumatic stress disorder. But, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend performing a spine X-ray study, thyroid hormone levels and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).
