Suggest Remedy For Open,raw Cracks In Skin With White Skin Tissue On Feets

For two weeks now I have had open,raw cracks in skin with white skin tissue between two smallest toes on both feet. I have washed them and tried to keep them dry.Last three days I have applied spray Lotrimin but it hasn t helped.Its getting more painful.What could it be? Do I need to see my regular MD now? Im pre diabetic, last fasting blood sugar level 118.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the symptoms suggest the possible diagnosis of interdigital candidiasis. Diabetes are predisposed to the condition. Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be applied twice daily over the affected area. Oral antifungal tablets like fluconazole may also help.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
