Suggest Remedy For Oozing Skin Tag On The Armpit

Hi I have a skin tag under my left armpit. Yesterday i noticed that it grown quite a bit turned red and popped when i touched it. for a couple of seconds it oozed a clear liquid and has began to shrink in size again. I am currently 32 years old 5 9 and am over 200lbs. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the lymph node and it may be forming abscess because of infection and it need to be ruled out if this is so then may needs draining of puss and oral antibiotic care needs to be taken hoep this is information helps.
