Hello
Thanks for query .
You are married since 12 years and trying for baby and have yourself got examined by Gynecologist and found everything to be normal .

The pregnancy results from union of normal male grade one motile sperm and female egg.Hence it is likely that your husband has some abnormality in his sperms and needs to get his semen analysis done to trace out the reason for his infertility .

The small lump that he has in scrotal sac is likel to be a Epididymal Cyst and can not be cause for infertility .

He need to consult qualified infertility specialist for detail evaluation and to explore the cause of infertility and further treatment .
