Hello

Resting tachycardia (increased pulse rate at time of sleep) can be a symptom of hyperthyroidism. I would suggest you to go for a thyroid check-up.
Tablet inderal 20mg taken before sleep can help to control tachycardia.

If after this, you are not able to sleep, then sleep inducing agents like zolpidem (prescription drug) can help.

Thanks
