Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be keratosis pilaris along with xerosis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Apply moisturizer cream like liq Paraffin cream on the itchy areas. Take anti-histaminics like Cetirizine daily. Take vitamin A and vitamin E capsules daily. Avoid soap bath.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
