Suggest Remedy For Itchiness In Legs

Hello I m 15 years old and I m hairy special on my legs and private areas. It s mandatory for me to wear these shorts at track meets and I want to be able to wear them during football games since as well. However I get really itchy while I wear them and usually I have to wear them all day since the meets and games are after school. I want to be able to wear them but without the irritating itch. What should I do?

as per your query, you have allergic dermatitis/ sweat dermatitis.
-- allergic may be due to the fabric of shorts made up of.
-- you may take tab levocetrizine before wearing a short.
-- also, you may apply calamine soothing lotion twice a day over your legs. it will also help in reducing sweat.
-- you may apply mild corticosteroids cream like Mometasone furoate(0.1%) once a day before wearing short.
