hi i am 32,m,5.9, 63 kgs... no medical history... i have been having itch/irritation in my tip of my penus. i i have started feeling pain when i pull my skin back over the head. Its as if the skin is no longer stretching.... i am keeping the area clean , washing at least 2-3 times a day. i dont have any discharge or any redding of area. Please advice what it could be and whom should i consult
