Suggest Remedy For Irregularity In Periods And Heart Murmur

Hi, So I had my son a year and a half ago and I still have irregular periods. I get one maybe every 3 months. But i have been noticing that my stomach feel like I did an ab workout but I didn t. I also used to have a heart murmor when I was around 8 years old (I am 21 now) and my doctor said I would out grow it. But it seems like my heart still skips beats sometimes. Is all of this something I should be concerned about?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregular periods can be due to hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease. Post delivery, hypothyroidism is a common entity and you should investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
