Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation While On PCOS

Hi I am having Pcos from last 4 years. And my periods is also very irregular if I am taking birth control pill that I am getting period that also very less,like spot now it s been more than six months I have not got period. I am 25 years old and current weight is 77. And also facing lots of issue like skin patches on neck area and underarms, facial hair growth and my hair also started growing grey. I am taking metformin 500mg once a day. Plz help need your advices

weight reduction is the key for pcos...u can focus on healthy eating n exercise...consult your gynec for taking registrone,so that u can get your periods...
