Suggest Remedy For Irregular Bowel Movement

I have been having intermittent fever over the past three days but my concern is I have been burping nonstop since the onset of the fever and though I have been limiting my food intake, the burping does not seem to stop. My bowel movements have also been very irregular. I have been advised to drink plenty of water, which I am doing, but I am seeing no end to this burping issue.

I really appreciate your concern, infection could be the cause of your fever with digestive dysfunction it could be viral infection, if the fever goes beyond the 99 F then it requires the antipyretic like Acetaminophen else it may not need any medicines.
Burping symptom may be due to hyperacidity. If I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with PPI like Omeprazole 40 mg once in day.
Once it is the infection being proved and if it is the viral then one has to wait for four to five days, and in case of bacterial infection may nee antibiotic. you can discuss this with your doctor.
