Suggest Remedy For High Fever And Vomiting In A Child

9 year old grandson has temp that has reached 104. Said he has had chills and then hotness. Had bm s today that he says were bloody. Also has vomited with he says redness. Also said earlier that his legs were purplish. Abdominal pain , tender on both sides. YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, it could be viral infection high grade fever need to be taken seriously and it demands the immediate medical attention second is hydration it is also need to be managed accordingly else viral infection could be self limiting, still blood test and clinical examination is advisable, fever can be bring down with cold sponging and antipyretic best drug would be "Acetaminophen" it is to be given according to weight, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
