Hi,
Thanks for your question.
After going through your question, I can understand your concern.
There is possibility of
genitourinary infection or hemorrhagic fever (like dengue fever if there is rash, patechi or bleeding from other sites) in your case.
You should consult your doctor for detailed clinical examination.
Depending upon clinical evaluation following investigations may be needed for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
-
Complete Blood Count.
- Urine examination with urine culture and sensitivity.
-
Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis to know Kidney structure, presence of stone in
urinary system, structure of uterus and ovaries.
- Antigen and antibodies test for different type of viruses depending upon clinical evaluation. (Like Dengue NS1 & IgG, IgM for dengue).
- Peripheral Smear For Malerial Parasite.
- Renal function test.
- Liver function test.
- Coagulation profile.
Depending upon it further evaluation can be planned.
Till then drink plenty of water, use
paracetamol for fever, antacids, avoid painkiller like NSAIDs like Ibuprofen, diclofenac.
Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
