General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Eosinophils rise in response to allergies.

This increase is in keeping with your symptoms of nasal congestion, sneezing, nasal discharge.
These are symptoms allergic rhinosinusitis- this is allergies of the nose and sinuses.

The main aspect of treatment-(1) avoiding the source of the allergy if it is known. Allergy testing can help to determine what causes your allergic reaction

(2)topical steroid nasal spray

(3)oral antihistamines and oral decongestants- these would be available over the counter

I hope this helps
