What Causes Dizziness And Panic Attacks In A 11 Year Old Boy?

hi, my 11 yo son complains about dizziness , his bloods are all normal other than eosinophils (1.2 10*9/L). He had a blood test a year ago and his eosinophils were also elevated (2.5 10*9/L). he is also very anxious and has panick attacks, could these symptoms be linked to his eosinophils levels?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your son's symptoms of dizziness panic attacks with a lab report of raised eosinophils count I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis
Meningitis
Encephalitis
In view of this please let him do a lumber puncture test to rule out this conditions
Meanwhile please let him see a paediatric as well as a psychologist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps
