Hi, I am 62 years old and have had high bood pressure virtually all my life. Since Oct 2013 I ve had problems with shortness of breath and being totally exausted after the slightest exertion. On tues June 23 I was scheduled for a cardio catheterzation and after about 5hrs the told me they could not do it because of kidney failure. That was tuesday, I still have not beern refered to a urologist or nephroligist I feel terrible and today I m haveing trouble urinating. I ve been taking furosimide but I stopped on last tuesday... Am I in danger? Could an ER help me? Would furosimide help me urinate without hurting my kidneys?
