Suggest Remedy For High BP
My brother is reading Osho s books from last 6 months. But now days he is very panic about all the things. He is thinking about all positive things. These days his BP is high & he is out of control. Now he is admitted in the hospital. Kindly suggest treatment & doctor reference.

I would explain that his symptoms could be related to anxiety or arterial hypertension.
For this reason, I would first recommend trying to treat anxiety, with a low dose of alprazolam.
If high blood pressure values persist, I would recommend starting anti-hypertensive drugs. In such a case, an ACEI (lisinopril, ramipril), would help.
