Suggest Remedy For Heat Exhaustion During Sports Activity
In Sports I come almost to the point of heat exhaustion. Even before the game starts I start to get way too hot I have to sit in the shade and drink lots of water. I Drink water all through the day and still not making any difference in the way I feel. My heart rate was 148 Bpm during warmups before a lacrosse game. What else can I do to stay cool
