As per my clinical experience, the exhaustion and
stress are the main reasons for body weakness and discomfort. Actually it is the disturbances of underlying diurnal status and sleep wake cycle which is responsible for the body response of varying degree. My guidelines for this particular concern are as follows:
- Make a continuous habit of same shift working, in which your body will be more comfortable over a period of time
- When preference of night shift, manage enough sleep hours of day time to minimum of 7 hours
- Take help of meditations and
YOGA to get relief from stress and anxiety
- Balanced nutritious diet
- Avoid
smoking, alcohol if consuming
- Regular walking, exercises, aerobics
The prime importance of which is SET YOUR LIFE GOALS for which be ready to do every hardship.
