I had went to my docs app n I got checked n I told him about what was happening to me he told me that I need it to get a lab tests which it was my blood test after 2 weeks he called and said everything was good
It can be due to life style changes or diet changes but work up to rule any metabolic or infective causes may be needed. If rest of blood work up is normal sugar levels as well as thyroid profile should be done. Rarely cortisol levels may be needed. Increasing caloric intake may also help to gain. Anabolic diet plans can be made with dietitian review.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
