Dear I don't think any harm in feeling hungery after 4-5 hours of taking meals . Time may be any .
I will suggest you to take water , a glass or 2 ,whenver you feel hungery .you can mix juice of lemon . which will give you enegy . it is good to take this and some juicy fruit in between the meals
