General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The long term elevated pus cells in the urine may be due to withholding of urine inside the bladder due to various reasons as
- benign prostate enlargement in men
- drug resistance UTI
- recurrent UTI
- calculus in the urinary system
- uncontrolled diabetes
- sexual intercourse related pathogens

Kindly revert back to me with all reports done and medication details in follow up conversation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
