I started masturbation at a very early age not knowing what am I doing by lying upside down on the bed and now I am 25 now when I masturbate i discharge very early.Will i able to get cure as my parents are planning for my marriage ?suggest me the medicines or exercises.Please help me.

If you are lying down and giving pressure on penis for masturbation - it is called prone masturbation. Prone masturbation has side effects like erectile dysfunction. You need to change over to hand penis masturbation type. It will take time but you need to change over.
