Noted your history, rather information: Your girlfriend was applying pressure to piriformis muscles to release sciatic nerve, now when you urinate it is a much bigger stream/flow. But have some discomfort in the top of right testicle. But legs, calves and butt feel much better. Ejaculation also seems as if it has been affected. Your girlfriend has a degree in massage therapy, so she does know what she is doing. Very nice to know that the pressure on piriformis can help you so much. Please continue if needed with massage therapy. The discomfort in the in the top of your right testicle can be due to many reasons and best can be diagnosed by ultrasonography and color doppler examination and clinical evaluation by a Doctor, preferably by a General Surgeon or still better by an Urologist. This may be a local problem of the testis like orchitis or so and not related to the massage.
