Hallow Dear,

Emergency post coital pill is very effective method of contraception if taken within 72 hours of the unprotected sex.

Few days after consumption of the pill(s), some amount of bleeding is a normal phenomenon. It is not an event of concern.

Moreover, the following menses do get delayed by few days to a week. If your menses are delayed by more than a week or so, please get your overnight first morning urine sample examined for pregnancy test.

If you have taken Norethisterone for 3 days, now you will have to wait for further 4-7 days for the withdrawal bleeding to appear.

I hope this helps you.
