Suggest Remedy For Defecation Problmes

i broke my back, and they have me on lolrtab 10 x2 every 6 hrs and 5mg morphine every 3, ive been in the hospital since monday and have not deficated since sunday, yesterday they gave me 30oz of prune juice, 1 supository, 1 enema, and 1 senna..... and still noithing...... what can they do? my stomach is starting to hurt
