Suggest Remedy For Cracks In The Buttocks Region

I have a small slit in my upper butt crack. I had this before a few months ago. It s very red and itchy. I have been a pain medication for about 4 years so at times you must strain very hard to go. This is not cyst or anything like that. I could kind of compare it to a cracked lip.

It can be due to some fungal infection for which you can take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil itching or rashes. Apply clonet lotion or clo-trimazole cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
