Suggest Remedy For Constant Congestion And Difficulty In Breathing

thank you...I have constant congestion that seems very hard to get out..I do nedipot 3 times aday and nebulizer treatments 3 times aday..when I can get the congestion out my breathing is good...but it seems to stay for a long time..it afrfects my breathing very much...I have air passage damage from a ill fitted trek...sugery is not an option...I also take clarimicion 500... ent Dr said maybe a mild surgery on the sinisus...I lost what else to do...I AM 62 YRS OLD....

Read and understood your problems of nasal congestion, your practice of neti and some medication.
I can understand when you a say about age, maybe you don't want surgery.
I would advise you the following :
First of all get a CT scan of the nose and sinuses and other relevant tests of blood.
This along with clinical pictures will tell where surgery is needed or not. Medical field depends upon evidence.
Go with it.
