ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems that your daughter is suffering from allergic rhinitis (inflammation in the nose due to allergy).

I advise you to have an allergic test done and try to avoid the substances found allergic on the test.

She may find relief by taking following medications:
Oral antiallergic, like Levocetrizine
Nasal steroid spray, like Mometasone Furoate
Saline nasal spray

Hope this helps.

Take care.
