Suggest Remedy For Chronic Sinusitis Post Deviated Septum Operation

I have chronic sinusitis. I don t know the cause. I had a deviated septum operation some years back, but I still can t breathe well. I do nasal irrigation twice a day. The saline won t drain unless I lay down and turn my head from side to side. Then lots of saline comes out. Questions: 1) is it probable that my sinuses will NEVER drain by themselves as long as I m upright? 2) should I be concerned that trapped saline can cause problems? Thanks!

Hello,

Steam is a good remedy for sinusitis, eucalyptus leaves are very helpful in sinusitis. Take eucalyptus oil or leaves in steam water for 1 month for proper healing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
