Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns
I went through your details. Unable to deal with the pressure, the
stress, the guilt, the inferior complex etc do not constitute or amount to depressive disorder. You should be able to understand the difference between disappointment related symptoms and depressive symptoms. Disappointment also brings on symptoms identical to
depression but these symptoms are short lived.
Whenever you are disappointed with negative life issues and stress, you should be able to motivate yourself. Self motivation and external sources of motivation can be used. You are a research scholar. that is a positive point. Along with that you should be having many other positive points which you know better. Write all of those positive points on a piece of paper and always keep handy. Prepare a set of positive statements about you and keep it handy always. Whenever you feel down, you should make it a habit to read these two.
You should
consult a psychologist for motivation therapy. Physical exercise,
meditation should help you deal with the stress.
Finding reasons to avoid stressful situation and feeling low is very easy. You should learn to find reasons to get motivated and to be on high mood.
