Hello, I took accutane for a number of years which is from 2004 to 2007 and since then i always have big chest pains that come like spasms and i cant breath no more or else the pain will intensify so i need to excel and then breath a bit and hope it will dissappear, sometimes it comes in a big hit.. lets say i am watching tv and then BOOM as im inhaling i cant breath no more because it is such a big hit in the chest... so i was wondering what it is, should i go see a doctor, is it some sort of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) or Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease.. What is it :( I am also having lots of joint pains in my feet and lower back which i saw could be one of the symptoms.Pleas help & thank you for your help
