Suggest Remedy For Chest Congestion And Wheezing Post Bout Of Sinus Infection

Developed sinus congestion 4-5 days ago. Now congestion is improving slowly but have developed cough and expiratory wheezing. Some productive cough but clear sputum. No fever, nausea or body aches at this time. Thoughts on what I can take to alleviate the wheezing, chest tightness?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Seems you have a lower respiratory tract infection. Take salt water gargling 3 times a day. Also take a mucolytic/ nebulisation which will ease your cough. For the body pain please continue Tab. Paracetamol 650 mg 1-0-1. for 2 days then sos.
