Suggest Remedy For Burping Along With Pain In Kidney

i have just gotten over having pleurisy which wasnt fun at all, but now that it has cleared up i have been burping a lot. Not just a tiny burp either. Its the burp u get after eating a big meal. I get it from the time i get up in the morning till the time i lay my head down to go to sleep. Now my problem is that when i burp it brings a shooting pain right to my left kidney. Its like a shock. Pretty painful especailly when im not expecting it. Having this all day makes my kidney vey sore especailly in the morning. Any ideas what it could be?
